1. You must submit an application form to use the community hall to obtain permission.
2. Applications will be accepted any time between 3 months (as for the auditorium, 6 months) prior to the preferred day of use, and 5 days prior to the preferred day of use.
3. You must pay the usage fee upon application.
4. When you want to change the usage contents of the application, or cancel the application, you must submit a “Change in usage/application for cancellation form” no later than 2 days prior to the day of use to receive permission. Reimbursement of the usage fee is possible only when the procedures are made 1 month before the day of use.
