1. You must submit an application form to use the community hall to obtain permission.
2. Applications will be accepted any time between 3 months and 5 days prior to the preferred day of use.
3. You must pay the usage fee upon application.
4. When you want to change the usage contents of the application, or cancel the application, you must submit a “Change in usage/application for cancellation form” no later than 2 days prior to the day of use to receive permission. Reimbursement of the usage fee is possible only when the procedures are made one month before the day of use.

* When the facility is used sponsored by anyone other than Chiryu City, Chiryu City School Board, Chiryu City Social Education Association and groups related to Chiryu City, the usage fee for the facilities will be double that of the above fee.
* When the facility is used sponsored by anyone other than the residents, workers working in or students studying in the regional administrative zone of eastern Iura (Chiryu City, Hekinan City, Kariya City, Anjo City and Takahama City), usage will be charged 4 times that of the above fee.
