1. You must submit an application form to use the community hall to obtain permission.
2. Applications will be accepted any time between 3 months and 3 days prior to the preferred day of use.
3. You must pay the usage fee upon application.
4. In the event that you wish to change the usage particulars of the application, or cancel the application, you must submit a “Change in usage/application for cancellation form” no later than two days prior to the planned day of use to receive permission. Reimbursement of the usage fee is possible only when the procedures are made one month before the intended day of use.
