Although the image that people associate with the word “lifelong learning” may vary, simply put, “learning throughout your lifetime” is “lifelong learning.”
When interpreted literally, it may sound like a very difficult task, but it does not necessarily mean that you will continue to study the way you used to do at school throughout your life.
Furthermore, with “lifelong learning,” those who cannot easily take some time off are now able to do whatever they feel like doing, depending on their own convenient time and age.
Regardless of age, gender, and occupation, if you think that you have done what you wanted to do and if you think that you have “learned” something, that is exactly what “lifelong learning” is—activities that bring you spiritual richness and fulfill the purposes of life.
We would like to help you discover what you would like to do so that you will experience the enjoyment of learning.
A wide range of possibilities is available for you, so you can learn computer skills or tackle social problems, not to mention enjoying sports and hobbies.
Chiryu City will support everyone who gives another thought to his/her own “My Life” (own future image) so that everyone can spend a meaningful daily life with good health at all times.
