If you re-register a drain facility to sewage, you must pay the charges of using sewerage when you pay your water bills.
The sewerage charge is calculated depending on the amount of wastewater discharged into the sewer. However, if you are using a water service, the sewerage charge is calculated as the amount of water used as wastewater. If you are using well water, we certify the amount of wastewater in accordance with usage pattern, etc., of the well.
The charges of using sewerage are utilized for maintenance and management of the sewage system.

Fees for using sewerage is the amount that is added to the charges of use in excess of the basic charges for use when a certain amount of wastewater is exceeded (excluding sales tax). However, the basic charges will be levied if your drain facility is connected to the sewer, and the basic charges for use will be levied even in the event that you do not use sewerage at all during that period.

Fees for using sewerage = (1) + (2) + (3) + (4) = 4,562 yen
* Please refer to the following simplified table of charges for using sewerage/water bills regarding the total amount of charges included in water bills. If you are unsure about the bore diameter of the water meter, please check the “Information of the mount of water use” pamphlet sent to you every two months.
* Fees for using sewage should be paid with the amount of the water bills every two months.
